Our in-house team and foreman handle everything from a single bathroom to a full condo or house remodel. A project manager visits your home, scopes the work with you and stays with the project until the keys are back in your hands.

- We handle the juristic office paperwork, manage the work and hand over a finished space, with a warranty on the work.
- Optional: add a post-renovation deep clean so you can move straight back in.

The site visit and quote cost ฿700. If you go ahead with the renovation, the fee is deducted from your project.

Do you handle the condo’s juristic office rules?
Yes. We take care of the juristic office paperwork and work within your building’s rules on working hours, noise and deliveries.
Who does the work?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. The warranty depends on the type of work, and we set it out clearly in your quote before work starts.
Can you clean up after the renovation?
Yes. Our team clears the site when the work is done, and you can add a professional deep clean as an extra service so your home is ready to move straight back into.

Yes. Our itemised quotes make it easy to swap materials or phase the work to fit your budget.
